Geoff J - got these on good Friday, we ended up with 7 for the night. Got some good boars, Corey and Steve are the other fellars

Chris S - this Easter present come along at 2.30am today (7th April) not a bad boar, he went 110kg.

Tom - a pic of my two hunting dogs the black and white one is a Bullmastiff/Dane I bred and the white one Bully/Stag/Wolfhound I got from this site, great dogs many pigs.

Suss - Took my young fella and a German tourist mate of mine back to a place where I seen a boar on Friday morning. I took the Catahoulas for a swamp hunt and my son and German mate went to the jungle creek. My son had my main dog "Mate" along with his two little finding machines Xena & Goldie.

I had not gone far when I heard the finders barking. Dogs found this wallow first then after a 15 minute run we heard "Mate" pull up the boar. When we got there both dog and boar were in the creek with both animals trying to teach the each other how to play "who can hold there breath the longest under water". My young bloke dived in the creek to help Mate but got caught in the game. My German mate was stumped as it was his first pig hunt and didn't know what to do, so he made the decision to get into the water" he has a phobia with crocs" and help the my son get the boar to the bank. Young bloke got bitten on the foot but continued to finished the boar quickly.

The creek is in the background, it was up to my sons neck. Sam is only 14 years old. Keen little pigger.

Julie A - Yesterday me, Dad and me brother went for a walk in our ridge that is boarded by sorghum. Got into some thick scrub and this beaut made a break but only made it five hundred yards before the dogs caught up with him. Flogged the dogs against a tree. It took a further five hours to drag out. Later dressed out at 114kg.

BEST EASTER EVER?

Justin S - my mate Joey and his 3 month old pup. Although our old dog "Taco" did all the work, it was a good introduction to hunting for the pup on his first outing. We caught this boar at 7am on Good Friday out at Tara. He dressed out at 78kg.
